We started this business the way most honest repair companies do, tired of seeing homeowners get talked into replacements they didn't need or left with no real explanation for what actually happened during the visit. Based right on Pershing St in Knoxville, our team set out to do the opposite: show up, look at the actual machine, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it right the first time.
What started as a Knoxville-only operation has grown into a team that now covers Farragut, Maryville, Oak Ridge, Powell, and Sevierville too, but the standard hasn't changed one bit. Every technician who wears our name is trained the same way, held to the same honesty-first process, and expected to treat your laundry room like it matters, because it does.
We're not a national call center dispatching whoever's available that week. We're a local team that knows Knoxville streets, Knoxville homes, and the specific quirks each of our five surrounding towns brings, from Blount County's well water to Oak Ridge's older utility closets. That local knowledge is what lets us diagnose faster and explain it clearer.
We look at your machine before we say a word about what's wrong with it. No guessing games, no upselling a repair you don't need.
A real time window, not a vague "sometime today." Your day matters, and we plan around it.
If a washer's worth fixing, we'll tell you. If it's not, we'll tell you that too, even if it costs us the job.
Whether you're in Bearden or out in Sevierville, you get the same care a technician would give his own street.
Every technician we send out is background-checked, trained to our standards, and covered on the job, so you're not taking a risk letting us into your laundry room.
Based right on Pershing St, not a national call center dispatching whoever's free.
Our team operates fully insured, so you're protected in the rare case anything goes wrong on site.
Every repair is backed by a 1-year warranty on parts and labor, no fine print.
Built on repeat calls and word-of-mouth from Knoxville homeowners, not paid ads.
